V druhej polke apríla odštartovala na Slovensku nová MTB sezóna, konkrétne cez víkend 20. a 21. apríla sa konali prvé kolá Slovenského pohára v maratóne vo Svätom Jure a v XCO v Turčianskych Tepliciach.

CK BB riders aiming for the first time to northern Europe, to take part in 105th Scandinavian Race in Swedish Uppsala

Series of qualification races UCI World Cycling Tour for this year's World Masters Championships taking part in Italian Trento in September, started all around the globe. Riders finishing in the top 25% of their age group in respective races qualify for the Worlds.

Our two female riders, Zuzana Vojtášová and Lívia Hanesová, took part in a UCI 2.2 stage race in a nearby Czech city of Orlová. Race was held on April 24-28.

Regional Road Cup continued by already its 3rd race, the time trial to the top of Šturec pass.

Over the past few years, Suchá nad Parnou has always been the road cycling season kick-off weekend.

A record number of participants showed at the start, 40 riders from the area started the race.

Regional  cycling  cup started this weak despite the current arctic weather conditions. Individual time trial from Mičiná to Veľká Lúka started already the 23st edition of the series.

CK Banská Bystrica participated in the toughest road stage race on African soil for the first time as a complete team.

Each year in the springtime, the city of Banská Bystrica awards its best sportsmen. They are awarded for their achievements the previous year.
